I have many years of experience of working with children, young people, adults, couples and groups, with all nature of problems and concerns.
My work is integrative and informed by a wide cross-section of theoretical concepts and approaches. However, my main influence is a Humanistic approach which believes in the inherent self-healing ability of every human being. Some of us just need a bit of guidance and support in tapping into this which is where the psychotherapist comes in useful.
I am a Co Director of the Diploma Course at The Institute For Arts in Therapy and Education which keeps me up to date with training developments in the field of Psychotherapy and in touch with the grass roots in my capacity as a Tutor.
I do also offer Supervision, Training and Consultation.
