A. A standard session lasts one hour inclusive of all business.

Q. How long will I have to wait for an appointment?
A. There is currently a minimal waiting time.
Q. What if I decide not to go ahead after my first appointment?
A. I see the first appointment as an opportunity for both the client and
myself to assess the situation and decide whether we are happy to go ahead
in setting up some sessions together for an agreed period of time.
Q. What is the counselling/therapy room like?
A. I have a room in a quiet rural setting well away from other buildings,yet
